街区型居住区模式研究

从居住区生活设施的规划设计角度出发,以北京近50年的城市总体规划方案中城市公共服务设施规划的发展变化为基础,引发了一系列居住区生活设施规划建设与城市公共服务设施相接合的思考;结合对北京市部分居住区、居住小区的实地调研,提出街区型居住区规划设计模式是调节居住区与城市协调发展的一个有效方法。

Assimilating Building into Surroundings:Discussion on the Harmony between Buildings and Surroundings

From angle of planning for living service facilities, this paper reviews the history of the changes of layout of urban public service facilities during last 50 years of Beijing urban planning, and has some consideration about combination of the residential with the urban. In light of on-the-spot investigation of part of Beijing residential quarter and district, the authors bring forward that block-typed resi-dential district planning is an effective pattern to coordinate the development of both residential district and city.
