地下金属矿山无间柱连续采矿工艺技术研究

摘    要:分析了地下金属矿山连续采矿的技术经济优势,提出了我国地下金属矿山连续采矿技术研究分4个发展阶段,即采场(溜井)振动出矿、采场边境大量采矿、区域无间柱连续采矿及全矿连续大量采矿阶段等,结合国家“九五”重点科技攻关课题“无间柱连续采矿试验研究”,详细介绍了工业试验的技术条件、连续采矿方案设计的技术思想、采矿方案设计、回采工艺技术、大量采矿装备及主要研究成果。

Abstract:The technological and economical advantages of the continuous mining of underground metal mines are analysed.The research of the technology in China can be classified into four stages,namely vibrating ore drawing at stope (chute),continuous mass stoping,sectional nonpillar continuous mining and whole mine continuous mass stoping.In combination with the national key scientific and technological project of "the Ninth Five Year Period"Nonpillar Continuous Mining Experimental Research",the technical conditions of industrial tests,the technical thought of the continuous mining design,the design of the mining scheme,the extraction technology,the bulk mining equipment and the main research achievements are described in detail.
