空气冷却器管外膜传热系数的计算

摘    要:从翅片管外侧传热系数的通用表达式出发,分析了翅片效率对传热系数的影响,推导出了翅片热阻的计算式,对空气冷却器管外膜传热系数计算式进行化简,得出了以基管外表面积为基准的翅片对空气的传热系数计算式,介绍了一组常用的空气冷却器间隙热阻关系图,最终得出了以基管外表面积为基准的总传热系数计算式.

Abstract:On the basis of general equation for heat transfer coefficient of finned tubes, the impact of fin performance on heat transfer coefficient of air coolers is analyzed, the equation for calculating thermal resistance of fins is derived, and the equation for calculating the heat transfer coefficient of air and fins on the basis of surface area of base tubes is developed. Graphic diagrams of air cooler clearance thermal resistance are described and equation for calculating general heat transfer coefficient on the basis of surface area of base tubes is finally worked out.
