摘    要:由于工厂在生产过程中设备处于不同的工作状态,不同的生产状态设备发热量不同,对空调的需求风量也是变化的,空调需求控制是根据生产设备状态和节能要求自动调节空调风量和风阀开度。空调需求控制包含生产设备的数字输入状态和空调风机变频器与风阀的模拟输出及其他开停输出,系统根据生产设备的开停及对应设备的空调需求量实时自动计算出空调量需求的比例,通过PLC控制变频器频率和新风阀的开度等,实现动态满足生产线空调风量和排风的需要。

Abstract:Because of variation in machine utilization,there is considerable variation of the required quantity of air that is needed to remove the heat and to substitute air extracted by the machines.The actual air quantity required at any given time is called the demand.For both energy conservation and comfort reasons there is a need to control the air quantity,i.e.the ventilation capacity demand control.The demand control system consists of digital inputs from each production machine(or part thereof),analogue outputs connected to frequency inverters and dampers and some digital outputs for various on/off controls.Calculation of the actual demand at any given time is done by continuously checking status of the signals from production machines and other equipment and assigning values to these signals to represent the impact the combination of heat and air extraction.
