| 摘 要： | 目前我国正处于城市化快速发展阶段，大城市的都市区逐步形成，并出现圈层式发展特征，尤其是都市区内圈开发速度迅速，引导及控制此类区域的开发建设，是当前极具现实意义的研究课题，在此方面结合长沙都市区雷锋大道新区规划实践作了初步的探索。

| Abstract: | The urbanization of our country is now rapidly developing. The metropolitan area is gradually taking form, and is emerging multi belt development characteristics. Especially, the development of inner belt of metropolitan is rapid. To guide and control the development and construction of the districts is a meaningful subject. A preliminary research is made in the field by an example. |
