| 摘 要： | 本文基于软件框架开发思想,对控制分组件测试系统结构和数据流模型进行分析,着重分析了自动测试系统中的热点,抽象出框架的核心对象模型,设计自动测试系统的软件框架,在框架基础上实现控制分组件测试系统。

| Abstract: | Based on software framework, this paper firstly analyzes the system structure and data flow model of the control componentetest system,then focuse on the hot- spot of Automatic Test System(ATS).Afterward the kernel object model and the software frameworkof ATS are built.And finally control componente test system is completed. |
