摘    要:在使用永磁同步发电机的直驱型风力发电系统中,转子位置和速度的精确检测对实现高性能电机控制非常重要。在转速较低时,常规增量式编码器难以满足测量精度的要求。鉴于此,采用一种高精度的增量式编码器(RF53),其每转输出8192个脉冲,且与数字信号处理器(DSP)的接口电路简单,同时具有较强的抗干扰能力。试验结果表明:采用RF53作为永磁直驱试验系统的编码器,可以获得良好的永磁电机控制性能,能够较好地满足试验中,在转速相对较低时(约200r/min的中速运行范围)对码盘测量精度的要求。

Abstract:In direct-drive wind power system using permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMSG),the precise detection of rotor position and speed is much important to realize high-performance motor control.Especially to low-speed circumstance,conventional incremental encoder is difficult to satisfy the requirement of measurement resolution.Therefore a high-precision incremental encoder with 8192 pulses per rotation is adopted,which will be applied easily,and have simple interface with DSP and good performance against interference and noise.The experimental results prove that using RF53 as encoder for direct-drive experiment system,can achieve good PMSG control performance,and satisfy the measurement requirement of experiment system operating at comparatively low speed(about 200 rpm).
