摘    要:为避免主控芯片与电梯控制器和MODEM同时进行通讯造成相互干扰,采用双串口单片机作为前端机的主控芯片,采集电梯运行的状态、故障和现场设备状态等信号,同时与集成在前端机上的MODEM进行串行通讯,通过公共电话网与服务器连接,实现电梯故障远程报警、运行状态信息记录和服务器主动呼叫查询等功能;模拟运行结果表明,该系统能实时有效地对电梯进行远程监控;采用双串口单片机,不仅解决了通讯干扰的问题,也大幅度地节省了开发费用与装配空间。

Abstract:In order to avoid disturbance when communicates with controller and MODEM, a single--chip with dual serial port is used as main control chip on front terminal to collect the signals of elevator status, fault and field equipments, meanwhile communicates with the MODEM on front terminal in serial mode. It makes the front terminal communicate with the server through public telephone network, thus the functions of faults remote alarming, running status recording and server actively call is accomplished well. The monitor and control result is effective and real--time. Applying single--chip with dual serial port can not only solve communicating disturbance, but also save the exploit fee and assemble space.
