基于DGS和SIR单元的超宽阻带低通滤波器设计

摘    要:为了解决传统的微带线低通滤波器尺寸偏大,阻带较窄的问题,采用阶梯阻抗谐振(SIR)单元加载哑铃型缺陷地结构(DGS)单元设计了一个五阶微带低通滤波器,并通过在主传输线两侧添加并联开路枝节,以补偿DGS微带线的特性阻抗。测试结果表明:该滤波器结构尺寸21.6mm×8mm,3dB截止频率4GHz,通带内平均驻波比小于1.5,阻带范围5GHz~35GHz。实现了滤波器结构尺寸的减小和超宽阻带。

Abstract:To solve the problem that the area of the conventional micro-strip low-pass filter is large and its stop-band is narrow. A 5 order low pass filter was designed by using 3 defected ground structure (DGS) units loaded by 2 stepped impedance resonant (SIR) units. In order to compensate the characteristic impedance loss led by DGS, the shunt branch was added on the side of the main micro-strip line at each port of the filter. The measured results show that the size of the filter is 21.6mm×8mm, the cut-off frequency is 4GHz, the mean VSWR is less than 1.5 at pass-band, the stop-band is from 5GHz to 35GHz. The filter with a compact structure and super wide stop-band was realized.
