框架梁与大直径钢管混凝土柱连接节点试验研究

摘    要:本文对2组框架梁与大直径钢管混凝土柱连接节点试件进行了有无柱顶轴力作用下的反复加载试验和弹塑性有限元分析。试验和分析结果表明,此类大直径钢管混凝土柱梁节点中,内加劲环宽度为1/10管径的带端板节点连接构造和内加劲环宽度为1/6管径的节点连接构造均能够满足传力要求,并表现出较好的承载特性和耗能能力。采用弹塑性非线性有限元分析得到的节点应力分布状况、传力路径和破坏形态与试验结果基本吻合。因此,此二类节点均可在结构设计中采用。

Abstract:The paper presentscycle tests and elastic-plastic finite element analysis (FEA) on two groups of the CFST column to steel beam jointswith and withoutaxial force. The result of the tests indicatesthat as for the large diameter CFST column to steel beam joints, both specimens withinner strengthen ring of 1/10 external diameter of tube width as well as the end plate andthe ones with inner strengthen ring of 1/6 external diameter of tube widthcan meet the force transfer requirement and present a good capacity of bearing and energydissipation. The stress distribution, the force transfer path and the failure mode of the connectionsbyelastic-plastic finite element analysis basicallymatch with the experimental results. Thus,the two kinds of joints can be used in structure design.
