中压加氢裂化装置氢平衡核算研究

摘    要:利用计算或查图方法求取中压加氢裂化原料和产品物流的氢含量,分析产品收率的影响因素,建立了计算产品收率的二次多项式关联模型。根据炼油企业生产统计数据,利用最小二乘法求取了模型系数。对比分析了产品收率的模型计算值与实际值,发现模型计算值与实际值吻合良好,主要产品的平均相对误差在6%左右,平均绝对误差低于2.4%。综合物流氢含量数据和产品收率计算模型,建立了物流氢量计算模型,用于动态氢平衡核算分析。用惠州炼油分公司中压加氢裂化装置的标定数据进一步验证了产品收率模型的准确性。对该装置进行了氢平衡核算分析,无论是新氢需用量还是氢耗,计算值均与实际值非常接近。对该装置进行了动态氢平衡核算分析,发现随反应压力和反应温度的升高,预测用氢量和预测氢耗均呈逐渐增大的趋势,且反应压力的影响更加明显。

Abstract:The hydrogen content in feed and product effluents of middle pressure hydrocracking(MPHC) were obtained by both calculation and chart-checking methods.The influencing factors of product yields were analyzed,and a quadratic polynomial correlation model was established to calculate the product yield.The model coefficients were obtained by the least square method on the basis of the production statistic data of refineries.The product yields calculated by model agreed well with the statistic data with only an average error of 6%.A model for calculating amount of hydrogen in effluents was established on the basis of the hydrogen content and the product yield calculation model for the dynamic hydrogen balance analysis.The calibration data of the MPHC unit of Huizhou Refining Company further proved the accuracy of the product yield calculation model.The hydrogen balance was checked for the MPHC unit,and it was found that the calculation values of both fresh hydrogen demand and hydrogen consumption were close to the calibration data.The dynamic hydrogen balance analysis of the MPHC unit found that the predicted hydrogen demand and hydrogen consumption increased with increasing reaction pressure and reaction temperature,and the influence of pressure was higher than that of temperature.
