| Abstract: | The American President Speech plays a very important role in its political stage .A good speech can shorten the distance between the lecturer and voters , and enhance the influence of the lecturer .Barack Obama＇s Victory Speech in2012 is one of the best example .Based on Halliday＇s view of Interpersonal Function , this paper will give a thorough analysis of this speech from the three aspects of subject , modality and mood . |
