智能水凝胶的制备及其在生物医学中的应用

摘    要:智能水凝胶对于外界微小的物理化学刺激,如温度、电场、磁场、光、pH、离子强度或压力等能够感知并在响应过程中有显著的溶胀行为或响应性。本文介绍了智能水凝胶的分类及其合成方法,同时综述了智能水凝胶在药物控释、医用敷料、组织工程、角膜接触镜材料以及作为组织充填材料方面的应用,并对其发展趋势及应用前景作了简单的评述。

Abstract:Intelligent hydrogels for tiny external physical and chemical stimuli such as tem-perature, electric and magnetic fields, light, pH, ionic strength or perceived pressure to respond to the process in significant swelling of the act or respond. This paper introduced the classification of intelligent hydrogels and their synthetic methods, at the same time an overview of intelligent hydrogels in controlled drug release, medical dressings, tissue engineering, contact lens materials as well as organizations, the application of filling materials and their development trends and application prospects were dis-Cussed.
