摘    要:对四川某氧化铜矿石进行了选矿试验方案对比研究,分别进行了单一浮选和硫酸浸出—置换—浮选联合流程对比研究。结果表明,硫酸浸出—置换—浮选联合流程,可获得产率4.50%、铜精矿品位44.56%、回收率94.59%铜精矿,尾矿含铜0.12%,损失率仅为5.41%较好指标。

Abstract:To beneficiate a Copper oxide ore from Sichuan, comparative study was carried out to evaluate processing approaches, including single flotation and leaching with sulfuric acid - replacement - United flotation.The results showed thatthe sulfuric acid leaching - replacement - flotation joint process was adopted and yield of 4.50%, copper concentrate with grade 44.56% and recovery rate of 94.59%,tailings with grade 0.12% and loss rate was only 5.41%, were obtained.
