索氏抽提法测定粗脂肪含量方法的探讨

摘    要:粮食和油料中脂肪含量的高低是评定品质和营养价值的重要依据之一,同时也可以预计油料加工的出油率。对索氏抽提法抽提过程和抽提前后采用的处理手段进行了改进,用残余法检测粮食、油料中脂肪含量,并与国标法进行对比试验,结果表明,两种方法测定结果无显著差异,一定条件下可互相替代。

Abstract:The fat content of grain and oil level is one of the important basis for evaluating the quality and nutritional value, but also can predict oil processing the rate of oil processing. The means of the Soxhlet extrac-tion process and extraction was improved.Fat content of grain and oil level was measured by using the residual method detection, and the results were compared with the standard method, results show that, by the two methods have no significant differences, certain conditions can be mutually replaced.
