摘    要:广西某选矿厂采用脱硫浮选—旋流器脱泥—锡石浮选—摇床重选工艺回收细粒级锡石,生产中存在旋流器脱泥效果差,锡石浮选药剂消耗高、锡回收率低的问题。采用振动旋转圆盘选矿机粗选替代旋流器—锡石浮选流程进行试验研究,可获得精矿锡品位6.61%、锡回收率83.23%的选别技术指标。

Abstract:The cassiterite was recovered by the process of desulfuration flotation-hydrocyclone desliming-cassiterite flotation in one dressing plant of Guangxi Province. In the operation, a lot of problems were exposed such as low efficiency of hydrocyclone desliming, large consumption of cassiterite flotation reagents and low cassiterite recovery rate. Focused on the solution of these problems, the process using vibrating gyratory disc separator is tested to replace the process of hydrocyclone-cassiterite flotation, finally the Tin concentrate grading 6.61% Sn was obtained,at recovery of 83.23% Sn.
