江西某铅锌矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:从矿石的工艺矿物学研究出发,在查明矿石的化学成分、主要矿物组成以及嵌布特征的基础上,依据矿石特性,采用优先浮选的原则流程进行选矿试验,从含铅2.12%、锌2.89%的原矿中获得产率2.72%、品位73.76%、回收率为95.92%的铅精矿和产率为4.12%、品位59.75%、回收率为90.04%的锌精矿。原矿中银、镉主要富集在铅精矿与锌精矿中,银、隔得到了综合回收。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON MINERAL PROCESSING OF A LEAD ZINC IN JIANGXI

Abstract:The test research on process mineralogy of ore from the starting, in the foundation to identify chemical composition, main ore minerals and dissemination characteristics of mineral properties, basis, principle process adopting preferential flotation of mineral processing test, from the containing Pb 2.12%, Zn 2.89% in the yield was 2.72%, grade of 73.76%, recovery rate lead concentrate 95.92%; yield is 4.12%, grade of 59.75%, recovery rate is 90.04% of the zinc concentrate ore; silver, vibration is mainly concentrated in the lead concentrate and zinc concentrate, silver, obtained the comprehensive recovery.
