水力空化在氧化锌矿浮选中的应用研究

摘    要:采用自主设计的水力空化循环装置处理氧化锌矿浆后进行浮选,研究了浮选条件对有、无空化处理的氧化锌矿浮选回收率的影响,结果表明水力空化能大大提高氧化锌矿的回收率。在此基础上,研究了空化时间、空化管结构、充气量等因素对空化处理氧化锌矿回收率的影响,并对空化泡提高浮选回收率的基本原理进行分析和讨论。

Abstract:A circulation device of hydrodynamic cativation which was designed independently was used for the preprocessing of zinc oxide pulp before flotation in this paper. Effects of flotation factors on recovery of zinc oxide pulp with and without being preprocessed by hydrodynamic cativation were studied and results showed that hydrodynamic cativation greatly improved the recovery of zinc oxide ore. On this foundation, effects of cativation time, structures of cativation tube and inflating volume on recovery of zinc oxide ore were investigated. Finally, the basic principle that cativation bubbles can assist in improving recovery was analyzed and discussed.
