穿流板式汽提塔的应用与改进

摘    要:介绍了穿流板式汽提塔的操作注意事项。阐述了汽提塔温度、塔顶压力及汽提塔液位对汽提操作的影响。详述了汽提塔运行过程中出现的进塔蒸汽管线积料、汽提塔结垢及填料层积料等问题及相应的解决办法:把进塔水平配管改为垂直配管;用磷酸三钠代替磷酸三钙,并定期对汽提塔进行酸洗;保证聚合釜清洗次数,调整消泡剂用量,改造进塔浆料管线喷头。

Abstract:Matters needing attention during operation of turbogrid stripper were described. In- fluences of temperature, overhead pressure and fluid level of turbogrid stripper on its operation were discussed. Problems such as material accumulating in steam pipe entering the stripper, scale formation of stripper and material accumulating in fillers were introduced in detail. The corre- sponding solving mesures included changing the horizontal piping into vertical piping, substituting sodium phosphate for calcium phosphate, periodically cleaning the stripper by acid, guaranteeing the cleaning times of polymerizer, adjusting the using amount of anti foaming agent, and improving the sprayer for charging slurry into sripper.
