黄绿互变电子墨水微胶囊制备及性能研究

摘    要:以十八胺改性的酞菁绿G为显示颗粒,Span80为电荷控制剂,四氯乙烯为分散介质,油溶黄为背景色,制备了分散稳定的电泳液。以明胶阿拉伯树胶为壁材,采用复合凝聚法制备了电子墨水微胶囊。实验表明,改性的酞菁绿G在四氯乙烯中具有良好的分散性;在E=10V/μm,实现了电泳液电泳显示,且黄绿双色互变清晰、明显,实现了相互遮盖;在平行电极显示中,当加E=0.5V/μm时,酞菁绿G颗粒在电子墨水微胶囊中实现了快速移动,表现了良好的电场响应。
