| 摘 要： | 金刚石颗粒是孕镶金刚石工具中能对工件起切削作用的唯一元件，如何使它们能得到充分的利用是工具设计制造者最关心的问题。在目前的胎体的机械包镶条件下，金刚石只有五分之一的高度是有用的，如何最大限度地挽回这一损失，是工具制造者最为关注的问题。

| Abstract: | Diamond grit is the only element in pregnant diamond tools playing cutting function. How to make full use of the diamond is an interesting problem concerned by tool designers and manufacturers. It is estimated that only one fifth of the diamond high is useful at present mechanic enchasing condition of the matrix. That is to say four fifth of it is wasted. Therefore how to minimize this loss would be the most concerned problem by tool's makers. |
