| 摘 要： | 概述了企业进行质量管理体系认证的实施过程，主要包括质量方针、质量目标的建立、特殊过程的识别、体系文件的编写、质量管理体系的审核以及获证后的感想与思考等。指出认证的通过，仅是贯彻IS09000族标准的起点，获证后的保持、提高工作将更艰巨、更繁重，是对企业管理者的综合素质的一种严峻考验。

| Abstract: | Introduce the whole process of carrying out enterprise quality management system attestation mainly including quality guideline, target establishment, special process identification, system file compiling, management system approving and considerations after attestation. It is pointed out that passing attestation is just a beginning for carrying out ISO 9000 standards. Work for retaining and improvement is a much heavy burden that is a serious test to the comprehensive diathesis of the enterprise manager. |
