摘    要:通过在线测量水平力、垂直力和主轴功率,研究了三种不同硬度金刚石节块锯切花岗石过程中的锯切力、功率以及节块耐磨性能。在专门设计的实验装置上研究了岩屑流体对金刚石节块磨蚀性能的影响。研究表明,流体磨蚀实验中节块的重量损失百分比与节块硬度有较好的线性对应关系;在锯切实验中,锯切力、锯切功率以及节块耐磨度与节块本身的硬度并没有直接的对应关系。

Abstract:Trough in-process monitoring vertical and horizontal force components together with the measurement of spindle power, this paper deals with the forces, power and the wear performance of segments during the sawing of granite with three kinds of diamond segments having different hardness. The influence of chip slurries is also studied in a specially designed test rig. It is shown that the percentage of segment weight loss decreases basically with increasing segment hardness in the specially designed test. In the sawing, the forces, power and the wear performance of the three segments do not change proportionally with the segment hardness.
