泰州长江公路大桥横梁施工支撑牛腿设计

摘    要:悬索桥、斜拉桥塔柱横梁施工中近塔支的支撑大多采用附着在塔柱上的钢牛腿代替钢管立柱,钢牛腿设计的合理性直接关系到工程质量与安全,并对施工操作产生很大的影响.参照《混凝土设计规范》、《钢结构设计规范》对悬索桥下横梁施工支撑588H型钢牛腿进行了设计与计算,工程应用结果表明,该牛腿结构经济合理、施工方便、安全可靠,可以为类似工程提供参考.

Abstract:In the construction of pylon beams of suspension or cable-stayed bridges,attached steel corbels are mostly used instead of tubular upright columns for the shoring support near the pylon.The reasonableners design of steel corbels is directly related to the quality and safety of the project and exerts great influences on construction operations.Based on Code for Design of Concrete and Code for Design of Steel Structure,this paper carries out the design and calculations for underlying beam supporting 588H steel corbels of the suspension bridge. The application results show that the corbel structure is economical and convenient for construction with safety and reliability, which provides reference for similar projects.
