| 摘 要： | 在厂站端建设智能远动机，作为厂站端的数据中心的功能载体，对于厂站端二次一体化的建设有着重要的意义。提出了二次一体化框架下智能远动机的初步建设方案，包括对变电站统一标准体系、统一数据模型、统一数据采集、统一数据存储、统一数据预处理、统一数据出口的具体技术措施，探讨了智能远动机建设的可行性。

| Abstract: | The smart communication devices are deployed in a substation to integrate the dispersed data in different systems and communicate with the control centers. The device is important to the integration of power secondary systems which needs the data be sampled and exchanged in a same definition. A preliminary design of smart communication device is proposed to realize unified standards, unified models, unified data acquisition, unified data storage, unified data processing and unified data access. The related technologies and the feasibility are also discussed. |
