耐久型康纶荧光阻燃防护面料研发及性能分析

摘    要:将纳米银持久抗菌康纶和腈氯纶棉混纺纱以一定的形式组合,在普通双面大圆机上开发网眼空气层组织(PK组织)结构的针织面料。介绍了该耐久型康纶荧光阻燃防护面料的生产工艺,并对其阻燃、抗菌、吸湿、抗静电、抗紫外线等性能进行测试分析。测试结果:荧光色X=0.615、Y=0.365、β=0.42,满足织物对荧光度的要求;点火后无燃烧至边、无洞、无熔滴、无阴燃;水洗20次后,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率分别为98%和89%,抗菌能力强、抗菌效果持久;抗紫外线指数UPF 50+;织物表面电阻率为3.5×108Ω;滴水镜面反射消失时间为1 s;耐洗色牢度为3.5级。结果表明:该织物基本达到荧光、阻燃等多种功能在同一面料上实现的目的,符合市场上对防护型工装的需求,具有一定的新颖性和实用价值。

Abstract:By using the nano-silver contained durable Cleancool fiber,modacrylic fiber with chloride and cotton,a PK structured knitted fabric is developed on the common large diameter double circular knitting machine.It introduces the knitting technology of the durable Cleancool knitted fluorescent flame-retardant protective fabric,and analyzes the flame retardant,anti-bacterial,moistureabsorbent,anti-static and ultraviolet resistant properties.The research results show that for fluorescent color,X=0.615,Y=0.365,β= 0.42,which can meet the requirements;when ignited,no flaming to the edge,no holes,no melted drops and no afterglow;after being washed for 20 times,the anti-bacterial rates to staphylococcus aureus and colon bacillus are 98% and 89% respectively,which proves that its anti-bacterial property is excellent and durable;the ultraviolet resistant index is UPF 50+;the fabric surface’s resistivity is 3.5×10 8 Ω;dew drop mirror reflection time is 1 second;and the washing fastness is 3.5.The developed fabric bears both the functions of fluorescent emission and flame retardant,which can meet the requirements on protective clothing with some innovations and application values.
