摘    要:采用PXI总线数据采集系统和PLC,基于虚拟仪器技术,设计了某型航空发动机试车台测控系统。采用触摸屏取代了传统的实物控制面板,并且多个控制界面可以随发动机状态自动切换;采用TCP/IP以太网通信协议,实现了PLC、串口设备以及工业控制计算机之间的通信,将测试和控制信息融合在一起;详细分析了试车需求,实现了测量参数校准/标定,数据采集、监控、存储、分析处理,试车报表整理输出,试车工艺提示等多种功能。调试和运行表明,系统配置灵活、工作稳定可靠、操作简单、维护方便,完全满足某型航空发动机试车需要。

Abstract:A measurement and control system for an aero-engine test rig running is established based on virtual instrument technology,using PXI bus data acquisition system and PLC.A touch screen is used to instead of the traditional physical control panel,and the control interfaces can be automatically switched with the condition of the engine.The communication between the PLC,serial equipments and industrial control computers is realized with the TCP/IP Ethernet communication protocol.Many functions such as calibration of measurement parameters,data acquisition,monitor,analysis and processing,reports of test,and test process prompt,are realized by detailed analysis of the aero-engine running requirement.It is demonstrated that this system is flexible,stable and reliable,easy to operation and maintenance.It fully meets the requirement of the aero-engine test rig running.
