摘    要:针对通用型ECU的硬件构成与功能,开发了一套在线检测系统,用于检测其硬件及功能的可靠性。该系统由机械结构、检测电路板、单片机程序和上位机软件等4部分组成。通过外加输入信号到ECU各部分电路,读取输出信号以判断其能否正常工作,该系统可实现通用型ECU硬件及功能的在线检测。应用表明,该检测系统运行稳定可靠。

Abstract:An online universal ECU detection system is developed to check hardware and function reliability of ECU.It consists of mechanism design,circuit design,host computer software development and microcontroller programming.By inputting external signals to each functional circuit,receiving feedback signals to judge whether its functions are well,this system can detect hardware and function reliability of universal ECU online quickly.The application shows that it works stably and reliably.
