摘    要:相比其他防冰技术,输电线路防冰涂料应用简单、灵活且成本较低。在探讨影响涂料防冰性能和现场应用的各项指标的基础上,成功研制了两种分别用于输电线路导线和电热型绝缘子的新型防冰涂,并开展了人工气候室试验和现场试验。试验结果表明,两种新型防冰涂料能够有效防止输电线路雨凇类型的覆冰。

Abstract:In comparison with other anti-icing technologies, the ice-phobic coating for power transmission lines is simple and flexible in application, and with lower cost. Analyzing the coating's certain important parameters affecting coating anti-icing performance and field applications, this paper presents two new types of ice-phobic coating which are developed for wires and eletric insulators of electric power transmission lines respectively. The artificial climate chamber test and the field test of these coatings have been carried out, and it proves that they can effectively prevent the glaze ice of power transmissiong lines.
