摘    要:机组组合可以取得明显的节能效果,但国内以往的机组组合研究没有包括核电机组。在分析核电机组运行模式的基础上,建立了考虑核电调峰的机组组合模型,并以2015年广东电网为例,应用拉格朗日松弛法和动态规划法计算了考虑核电调峰的机组组合方式。对比了核电带基本负荷和以"12-3-6-3"模式参与调峰情况下火电机组的煤耗。结果表明,核电机组参与电网调峰可以显著降低火电机组煤耗,达到良好的节能减排效果。

Abstract:Unit commitment is a way to get obvious effect of energy saving, but the neclear units have not been in consideration yet in China. Analyzing the operation mode of nuclear power units, this paper sets up an unit commitment model in consideration of the nuclear power taking part in load regulaton, and taking the case of Guangdong Power Grid in 2015 as an example, gets its unit commitment mode under the consideration with Lagrangian relaxation and dynamic programming methods. The comparison of coal consumptions between two modes of the nuclear unit, namely the base load mode and the "12-3-6-3" regulation mode, is done, showing that the consumption in the latter mode is less so obviously than that in the former mode that the effect of energy saving and contamination reduction is good.
