通信产品电源端口传导EMI问题的后期整改

摘    要:某通信产品研发后期,在电磁兼容测试中,其电源端口传导骚扰超标、浪涌冲击试验不合格。对产品内部防雷及电源布局布线情况进行了分析,发现电源布线设计不合理,并提出了将防雷板输入/输出电源线剪短并分开布置、输入线更改为双绞线等整改措施。整改后,产品符合标准要求。

Modification of a Communication Product for Conducted EMI
Abstract:On the late stage of the development of communication product,conducted emission and surge tests along power lead failed to pass the compliance test.By analyzing the internal layout and routing of lightning-protection unit and power supply system,the problem on design of power supply system was found.The improving measures were taken through shortening the power supply leads,routing input and output power lines apart,and replacing them with twisted-pair.Finally,the problem in the communication product was resolved.
