| Abstract: | Drum dryer is widely used in food industry because of its easy operation,good adaptability,high thermal efficiency and short drying time.The design of the drying processing based on the experience is inappropriate.In order to optimize the processing,control the quality of the product and instruct the design of the drum dryer,it’s necessary to achieve mathematical model of the drum drying.In this paper the drying theory of the drum drying and the investigation progress of the heat and mass transfer model were introduced.Finally,the next research content and direction of drum drying technology was put forward. |
