摘    要:植酸能螯合豆类与谷物及其制品中对人体必需的矿物质(如zn、Fc等),而使人体对多种矿物质的利用率降低。本文采用国产阴离子分离柱和自装离子色谱系统研究了植酸的离子色谱柱后衍生法分离与测定,并应用到大豆中植酸的测定。通过改变柱后反应液组成与加长柱后反应管长度,修改了Cilliers 1986年报道的离子色谱分析方法。改进后的植酸分析方法具有较好的重复性及线性,消除了图谱基线噪音。

Abstract:Phytic acid can be sequestered with essential mineral elementes(Zn ,Fe,etc)of beans,cereals and their products and rendered unavailable to the body. The separation and determination of phytic acid with ion-chromatography with domestic anion-exchange column by post-column derivatization was studied. A modified Cilliers ion-chromatography (IC) phytic acid analysis method was developed. The re-producibility and linearity of the modified method was good. The base line noise of chromatography was eliminated when the length of post column reaction coil increasd.
