摘    要:分析了往复泵柱塞-缸套磨损振动诊断机理,研究了振动时域、频域特征。在传统的时域指标中,峰峰值、方差、峭度指标、裕度指标对磨损故障比较敏感,可作为诊断特征参数;新提出的高波幅值脉冲、特征频带幅值和特征频带幅值比率等3个指标进一步丰富了柱塞磨损的故障特征。用这些特征参数建立了故障诊断模型,实例表明,该模型能够正确地诊断出往复泵柱塞-缸套的磨损故障。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the relations between vibration and plunger wear of reciprocating pump, and studied the characteristics for the diagnosis of plunger wear. Of thetraditional time-domain parameters, the peak-to-peak value, variance, kurtosis value, clearance factor can be selected as the diagnostic parameters for their sensitivities to plunger wear. In addition, the other three parameters were put forward, i.e., high-to-low amplitude ratio, characteristic-frequency-band amplitude, and ratio of amplitude of characteristic- frequency-band to that of lower frequency-band. Diagnostic model was built with the above parameters. Actual instance indicates that this model can effectively diagnose the faults of plunger wear.
