| 摘 要： | 胶辊经磨砺后的表面状况，直接影响纺纱质量的优劣，使用周期的长生产 纺纱成本的高低。通过分析胶辊硬度，胶料综合分散度，表面处理方法、磨励工艺及设备对纺纱质量的影响，提出了在一定条件打下砖传统观念，改进胶辊磨励技术的措施和选择使用胶辊时值得注意的问题。
