煤矸石复合混合材料混凝土抗渗性能的研究

摘    要:利用煤矸石、粉煤灰、矿渣代替部分水泥,制作C50复合混凝土,分析混合材料对混凝土的力学特性和抗渗性能的影响.采用正交试验设计与微观相结合,并对复合混凝土的抗渗性能做了初步研究.试验结果表明,煤矸石掺量在10%以下时,混凝土的抗渗性能得到提高.

Abstract:Gangue,fly ash and slag are used in the place of cement partially to make the compound concrete of C50.The influences of the mixture on the mechanical properties and the performance of anti-permeability of concrete are analyzed.Orthogonal experiment is combined with microcosmic to study anti-permeability of the compound.It is shown through the research that anti-permeability of the compound concrete is enhanced when the proportion of gangue is less than 10 percent.
