电感式对中传感系统设计与实现

摘    要:针对实际生产中金属带材的跑偏问题,介绍了一种电感式检测装置—电感式对中传感系统。一般电感式传感器测量转换模块输出的都是模拟信号,且需要外加交流电源,使用不便。设计的电感式对中传感系统从电感式传感器的基本原理出发,设计系统结构。实验表明:该系统能够得到优于±0.2 mm的精度。

Abstract:To find a solution for the metal strip deviation problem in actual production,an inductive detecting device,inductive centre sensing system is introduced.The output signal of measurement conversion module of general inductive sensor is analog signal,and the system requires external AC power,which is inconvenient.Starting from the basic principles of the inductive sensor,the system architecture is designed.The design and realization of the hardware interface circuit and MCU program are completed.Experiments show that the system can achieve precision which is prior to ±0.2 mm.
