摘    要:建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定玉米、方便面、饼干、薯条等食品中铝含量的方法。样品经过微波消解后,在线加入45Sc内标校正基体效应,用ICP-MS方法测定食品中铝的含量。工作曲线线性回归系数为0.9999,方法检出限为0.025mg/kg,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于6.80%(n=6),回收率在82.8%~96.7%之间,对标准物质大米(GBW 10010)和小麦(GBW 10011)进行测定,结果在标准值范围内。本方法操作简单、分析速度快、检出限低、准确度高,适用于食品中铝含量的测定和监控。

Abstract:The analytical method of aluminum in food was established by using inductively coupled plasma spectrometry(ICP-MS).The samples pretreated by microwave digestion were analyzed by ICP-MS,and the matrix effect was corrected by the in-line addition of internal standards.Satisfactory linearity of working curves was obtained,with the correlation coefficient of 0.9999.RSD(n=6) below 6.80% and recoveries from 82.8%~96.7% were obtained in its application to the samples analysis.The results were within the range of the standard reference materials of GBW10010 and GBW10011.The method had the advantage of simplicity,rapiclity,sensitivity and low detection limit,which can be applied to the determination of aluminum in food.
