摘    要:本文叙述了高浓和超高浓黑液技术与大型和超大型碱回收炉的情况,介绍了有关的工艺方法和生产设备;并讨论了其可行性与优越性。九十年代初期,已有五台燃烧能力超过2000tbls/d的大型碱回收炉投产,燃烧浓度为75%bls左右的高浓黑液,生产运行情况良好;废气排放的污染负荷低于新环保条例的标准。

Abstract:Handling of black liquor with high and ultra-high solid contents for recovery boilers of large andsuper-large capacities is described in respect to their technological processing and process equipment.Thefeasibility of the new technology and its advantages are being reviewed. It has been known that since theearly nineties, five huge size rccovery boilers each with capacities exceeding 2000 tpd black liquor solidshave been put into operation. All these installations have been reported to be operating smoothly with blackliquors of around 75% solid contents. Boiler emmissions are said to be below the restrictions set byenvironmental regulations.
