通信对抗作战效能评估方法研究

摘    要:设计了一种计算机产生具有一定实际语义的随机话报和键报报文的方法,并采用计算机自动语音识别技术将接收到的报文编码还原为其所代表的含义,实现了计算机自动收报和发报。根据接收到的还原语义报文,利用汉语词汇的组合相关性,以能否真实表达原始报文的含义为标准,采取人工方式进行联想概略校报并进行多样本统计分析。在此基础上,提出了一种基于通信最基本目的的通信对抗作战效能评估方法。

Abstract:A method of random tone-telegraph and key-telegraph generated by computer was designed based on the battle circumstances and the military standard. The received telegraph code will be reverted to its original meanings by the technology of computer automatic speech recognition. Thus the telegraph automatic receiving and sending by computer was implemented. Based on the semantic of received telegraph and the combined pertinence of Chinese words, the telegraph was revised with association manually and analysed with multi-swatch by the standard that if the true meaning of original telegraph is expressed. We bring forward a method of essential combat effectiveness evaluation based on communications.
