| 摘 要： | 本文通过对几个实例的分析，阐明了地基的较大沉降和不均匀沉降是围海造地地区建筑物的通病。提出在存在软弱下卧层的围海造地地区的基础和上部结构的设计中应考虑地基的沉降和不均匀沉降的影响。

| Abstract: | By examples, it is explained that scttlement and differential settlement are the common failure in reclaimed field from the sea, it is suggested that the settlement and differential settlement must he considered in thedesign of building structures and foundations which are located on the reclaimed field from the sea. |
