摘    要:介绍了采用气浮—两段A/O工艺处理化工废水的工程实例。运行结果表明,该工艺处理效果稳定,耐冲击负荷能力强,处理出水COD≤150mg/L、NH3-N≤70mg/L、SS≤100mg/L,达到了《合成氨工业水污染物最高允许排放限值》(GB 13458—2001)的要求。

Abstract:The engineering example using air flotation/two-stage A/O process to treat chemical wastewater is introduced. The running results show that the process has stable treatment efficiency and strong resistance to shock loading. The COD,NH3-N and SS in the treated effluent are less than or equal to 150 mg/L,70 mg/L and 100 mg/L,and the effluent quality meets the requirements of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Ammonia Industry (GB 13458-2001).
