摘    要:本文论述了振动成型机激振力的计算方法 ,并推导出详细的计算公式 ,并结合引进国外的 3台振动成型机的技术 ,及国内数 10台振动成型机的设计和实践经验 ,给出了激振力的取值范围。在为抚顺铝厂炭素分厂设计的三工位振动成型机时 ,以此为依据计算出的激振力 ,经过实践的检验 ,炭块的比重指标达到了理想的数值。在生产 15 2 0×790× 5 5 5mm规格的阳极炭块时 ,转速n =165 0r/min ;激振力F =2 3 0kN时 ,生产出的阳极炭块比重值比较理想 ,能满足工艺要求 ,且焙烧后的理化指标良好。

Abstract:The paper discusses the method to calculate the exciting force of vibration molding machine and derives the detail calculation formula. It gives out the range of the exciting force value based on the technology of 3 imported vibration molding machines and the design and practical experiences from several dozens of vibration molding machines. We calculate the exciting force based on the formula for the three working position vibration molding machine in out plant. When anode blocks of 1520x790x555mm are produced under n=1650 r/min and F=230kN, the specific gravity of carbon block reaches the ideal figure. The physical and chemical indexes are good after the green blocks are baked.
