摘    要:利用自制的摩擦实验台研究了以天然矿物为主的摩圣摩擦表面再生剂在轴瓦材料上的摩擦学性能;用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和能量散射谱仪(EDS)对摩擦表面进行了分析。摩擦磨损实验表明,润滑油中加入摩圣后,摩圣粒子增加了润滑油膜的强度和承载能力,可以减小摩擦系数50%以上,提高抗磨性能8倍以上,具有优良的摩擦学性能。同时,微观分析表明,微小的摩圣矿物粒子大量嵌入摩擦表面,可对摩擦表面起到强化和修复的作用。

Abstract:Tribological performance of friction surface restoring agent called PBC with natural minerals as its main part was explored in bearing insert materials by using home-made experimental equipment. Friction surface was observed by means of optical microscope and SEM and EDS. Friction and wear experiments show that, PBC added in lubricants holds such excellent tribological performance that the coefficient of friction can be reduced by 50% and the resistance to wear can be increased 8 times. And microscopic analysis indicates that some microsize mineral particles embedded friction surface, which make friction surface strengthened and recoverable.
