| 摘 要： | 介绍了湿型砂中煤粉的作用和机理，分析了湿型砂取消煤粉的可能性，通过实例，证明在手工造型的情况下，只需在砂型表面喷涂一薄层固砂剂，煤粉是完全可以取消的。

| Abstract: | The effect and its mechanism of coal dust in green moulding sand was introduced. The possibility of canceling coal dust in green sand was analyzed. It was verified with practical case that, it' s possible, under the conditions of manual moulding, to cancel the coal dust from moulding sand with the only necessity to spray a thin layer of some surface -strengthening agent onto the surface of sand mould. |
