摘    要:阐述了管线钢在高pH和近中性pH环境中的应力腐蚀破裂(SCC)机理,高pH SCC为阳极溶解,而近中性pH环境较复杂,主要观点是阳极溶解和(或)氢致开裂。分析了SCC裂纹萌生和扩展过程。介绍了相关的SCC寿命预测方法,重点讨论了Weibull分布和Monte Carlo模拟。

Abstract:The mechanisms of stress corrosion cracking(SCC) of pipeline steels under both high pH and near neutral pH conditions are explained. The mechanism of SCC under high pH conditions is anodic dissolution while that under near neutral pH conditions is more complicated, the main ideas are anodic dissolution and/or hydrogen induced cracking(HIC). The processes of initiation and propagation of SCC are analyzed. Some methods for lifetime prediction of SCC of pipeline steels are introduced. Weibull distribution and Monte Carlo model are discussed especially.
