| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种快速测量铝铁合金中铝质量分数的方法,铝铁试样经碱熔融后,浸取、酸化,将Fe~(3+)和Al~(3+)分离,Al~(3+)与EDTA络合后,用氟盐置换,由硫酸铜标准溶液滴定置换出的EDTA溶液,计算出铝质量分数。该方法简洁准确,可用于指导生产。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced a fast measurement method of aluminium alloy mass fraction of aluminum,after alkali fusion the aluminum and iron sample was leached,acidized,separating the Fe3＋ and Al3＋,Al3＋ and EDTA complexation,replacement with villiaumite,calculating the aluminum mass fraction according to EDTA solution by copper sulfate standard solution titration replacement.The method was concise and accurate,and can be used to guide production. |
