工业硅企业转向电热金属镁连续生产的可行性

摘    要:为解决当前工业硅受光伏产业不景气的影响而多处于停产的状况。分析了将工业硅企业改造为电热金属镁连续生产企业的技术可行性,经济效益较好。指出原有生产工业硅的矿热炉转为生产硅铝合金,原料可采用粉煤灰、煤矸石等工业固体废弃物,需要添置1台电热真空连续炼镁还原炉。如果炼镁过程与不锈钢、矿棉纤维、硅铝合金提铝等单元耦合,经济效益将进一步提升。

THE FEASIBILITY OF INDUSTRIAL SILICON ENTERPRISE TURN TO ELECTRIC HEATING MAGNESIUM METAL PROCESS PRODUCTION

Abstract:The sub-industry of industrial silicon in China collapses now because of depression of photovoltaic industry.It is feasible to make a shift of the production of industrial silicon to Al-Si alloy and consequent Mg metal.Solid waste from energy industry,such as coal gangue and ash residue from power plant as resource of Al and Si,the submerged arc furnace for industrial silicon can be employed to produce Al-Si alloy,which is excellent reductant for thermal reduction of MgO to Mg vapor.A new vacuum eletrothermal furnace for Mg must be established,in which molten Al-Si alloy and MgO mix,flow and react.Other processes could be combined with the unit of reduction of Mg to get more profit,such as stainless steel as byproduct,slag containing silicon oxide to make mineral fibres,and separation Al and Si with molten Mg.
