| Abstract: | This paper expounded operating synergy of ferroalloy business group in detail,on the premise of improving ferroalloy industry concentration and building ferroalloy business group,in order to gain business group operating synergy,it should optimize in six aspects as dominance resources,recessive resources,interest relationship,business process,operation mechanism,study and then the production and operation of enterprises can constantly tends to the expected effect of 1＋12. |
