摘    要:以国内某钢厂板坯连铸中间包为原型,进行控流装置的物理和数值模拟优化,提出优化方案.对比物理模拟和数值模拟结果发现,对于不使用抑湍器的控流方案,数值计算获得的结论与实验模拟结果较一致;而对于使用抑湍器的方案,数值模拟可以减少示踪剂和流体的分离流动对停留时间分布曲线的影响,更准确地反映实际流场.

Abstract:The optimization of flow control devices in a slab continuous casting tundish was carried out by physical modeling and numerical simulation, and the optimized schemes were presented. The comparison of the results from the two methods has shown that the numerical result agrees well with that from physical modeling for the cases without a turbulence inhibitor, and the influences of the flow separation between the tracer and the fluid on the RTD curves can be reduced and the flow field can be well predicted by numerical simulation for the cases with a turbulence inhibitor.
